My computer is acting funny, I think it may have a virus. What should I do? If you feel your computer has been exposed to a virus and you don't have virus software, the first thing to do is to shut down and bring the machine in for service. We recommend that everyone have virus protection and can install one of several quality virus protection programs. We will assess the damage to your machine, if any, and advise you about how we should proceed. In most cases we can correct the problem without losing any of your valuable files. What do I need to install Windows XP Home Edition on my computer? You will need the following: PC with minimum 233-MHz (megahertz) processor clock speed required (recommend 300 MHz or more); Intel Pentium/Celeron family, AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family or compatible processor Minimum 64 MB (megabytes) of RAM (recommend 128 MB to ensure proper performance of some features) 1.5 gigabytes (GB) of available hard disk space recommended Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher resolution video adapter and monitor CD-ROM or DVD drive Keyboard and Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device I have DSL at home but only one machine can access the Internet. How do I set it up so each machine can use the connection? If you have a lot of patience you may be able to set this up yourself. More frequently a technician is required. Is your home networked?
